Hey, all. I just got back from a weekend-plus trip to a convention, so hopefully I will have some of those photographs up within the next week or two.

It was really refreshing to be among so many friendly people with some of the same interests that I have; at events like that, it seems so much easier to simply approach strangers, strike up a conversation, and walk away with a new friend. I know I've made some acquaintances that I hope will keep in touch with me until next year. ^_^

(I was on a trip in Southern California when I saw an entertaining license plate and just had to get a picture. Later, when I joined DA and was stuck for an avatar--voila! *laugh*)
